Charles Wallace is a Pittsburgh based trio performing both original material and jazz standards in a collaborative improvisational context.

A love of jazz music and many years of friendship make a Charles Wallace performance a unique experience.

Charles Wallace is: Jay Matula (drums), the longtime percussionist with Pittsburgh's critically acclaimed Watershed 5tet and leader of Matula Oblongata, He can also be heard with Capgun Quartet

Justin Brown (bass) formerly of Crawlin' Low Band, can also be heard with Daryl Fleming and the Public Domain.

Ethan Winograd (guitar) currently performs with the experimental rock band Didi Mau, and formerly played with Justin in the Jazz Vultures.

Justin and Jay can also be heard with Paul Labrise and the Trees.

Saturday performance 5:00-7:30pm.
