Tickets for performances at Pittsburgh Cultural Trust theaters go on sale at varying times. Please check the event lists for details.

Dates, times, and performances are subject to change. There are no refunds, or exchanges. Please discuss any special seating needs with the customer service agent. The Benedum Center and Byham Theater include wheelchair locations, infrared-hearing devices, and signed performances for certain events.

To order by phone, please call 412.456.6666. Tickets can be charged by credit card only. These include American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diner's Club. A small handling fee is added the price of each ticket. Tickets will be mailed out until 1 week prior to show; after that all tickets will be held at the box office.

Purchase Tickets at the Theater Square Box Office

Tickets may be purchased in person at the Box Office at Theater Square. The Box Office will accept cash, checks with valid ID, money orders, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diner's Club.

Tickets to Benedum Center & Byham Theater events can be purchased beginning two hours before the performance at their respective lobby Box Offices.

Tickets by Mail

To order tickets by mail, enclose a check or money order (please, no cash) made payable to The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust or include a valid credit card number with expiration date. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diner's Club.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for all events in the Cultural District in any money denomination. Gift certificates can be purchased by phone, mail, at the Box Office or on-line but are redeemable only by mail and in person at the box office. Click here to order gift certificates on-line now.

Child Policy

As of June 1, 2006, all children must have a ticket, provided: tickets may not be purchased for children under the age of 3 years and such children will not be admitted to the Benedum Center, Byham Theater or Cabaret at Theater Square unless the show is designated for younger audiences. Any ticket for a child must be for a seat next to the seat occupied by the adult accompanying the child.

Children disturbing the enjoyment of other theater patrons may be removed from the theater at the discretion of the Benedum Center, Byham Theater or Cabaret at Theater Square House Manager. No refund will be given.
